SMPS Trainer (MI-CE02)

A Switched Mode Power Supply (MI-CE02) is an electronic power supply that incorporates a switching regulator to convert electrical power efficiently. Like other power supplies, an SMPS transfers power from a DC or AC source (often mains power) to DC loads, such as a personal computer, while converting voltage and current characteristics.
The SMPS Trainer (MI-CE02) is designed for demonstrating the basic concept of Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS). This kit provides understanding about each section of SMPS in a very easy manner. Each block is conventionally illustrated on-board that helps in understanding the operation of SMPS. Test points are provided so that one can observe input and output of each block. This kit is designed to instruct students about the utilities of SMPS like Bridge Rectifier, Switching Transformer, PWM Switching, Regulation and Opto Coupler.
