Description
The 4-terminal test fixture L2000 is designed for all Hioki LCR and impedance measuring instruments in the frequency range from 0 Hz (DC) to 8 MHz. Test objects with wire diameters up to 5 mm are securely held by two Kelvin clamps. These and all other contacts of the 4-Terminal Probe are gold-plated to protect against corrosion and to minimize contact resistance.
